The main type of services providing by Mex Acme LLC are accounting services and transfer pricing solutions. Depending on routines of client companies we provide our services either through our represenatives in their offices or from our office via digital technologies.

Оur company is the exclusive partner of Interfax JSC in the Republic of Armenia in promoting the ASTRA product - a unique comprehensive solution which allows automating intercompany transaction documentation process.

Mex Acme accounting company was founded in 2008. The personal professional experience of the founder director Arevik Bayramyan is since 1998. We appreciate our customers, have unique and special approach to each of them. The long-term co-operation with existing customers and attracting new ones is an evidence of deserved trust. Our high qualified team communicate freely such in Armenian as in Russian and English languages equally, has qualification of ACCA and ministry of finance RA. During communication, we observe subordination and professinal ethics. We ensure complete confidentiality of all data of our clients.

In 2021 together with Haik Avagyan we launched our new project in providing of Transfer Pricing Solutions field. Our senior partner in this project is Mr. Haik Avagyan. Mr. Avagyan gained his vast experience in the field of Transfer Pricing in the Netherlands. He started as a trainee at Transfer Pricing Group of Ernst & Young in Rotterdam back in 1999. After graduation Haik continued his employment with Ernst & Young in the position of Analyst. After his promotion to Senior Analyst he co-managed a number of Global and Pan-European transfer pricing studies till October 2004. In the period from 2004 to 2007 Haik moved to Rabobank International in the position of Global Transfer Pricing Coordinator. During his remarkable professional career he participated in all phases of transfer pricing projects: benchmarking studies using the majority of known company databases, scope and proposal preparation, industry analysis, functional analysis, including client interviews, economic analysis and report writing. Industries of his particular focus were pharmaceutical, automotive, IT and finance (engagements involving documentation studies regarding factoring services and flow-through entities). Mr. Avagyan was a part of Ernst & Young team which published the following booklets: “Where do Financial Services Meet Transfer Pricing?, Staying out of trouble: transfer pricing & financial services, Volume 1”; and “Transfer pricing for financial institutions: global trading, Transfer pricing solutions for e-banking, The Challenge, Volume 2”.
